Historic Cafes Route attended the CR annual Training Academy held in Brindisi, Italy 4-7 June 2024. The Training Academy hosted representatives from 37 Cultural Routes, academics & specialists and was prepared in cooperation with the Via Francigena and the Cultural Routes Task Force.

The sessions were hosted at the infrastructures of the Statio Peregrinorum of the Accademia degli Erranti and the official inauguration at the “F. Ribezzo” Auditorium Museum.
The participants of the 11th Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe Training Academy, during the days of the meetings and sessions had the chance to exchange experiences, ideas and good practices. Also, the Working groups on tourism, cooperation and sustainability presented their latest conclusions.
The programme of the Training Academy also included visits at emblematic sites of Brintesi city. There was a guided tour in the Archaeological Museum.
And walking visits to important sightseeings like the Duomo square, the columns of Via Appia at the coast and captivating churches.
