“Historic Cafes Route” became a member of European Tourism Manifesto, an alliance of more than 60 public and private organisations, covering covering the whole tourism value chain and beyond.
The International Cultural Organisation “Historic Cafes Route”, from the 11.1.2021 is a member of «European Τourism manifesto», an alliance of more than 60 European public and private organisations, covering the whole tourism value chain and beyond.
The vision of the Alliance is to promote and expand all tourism sectors, since tourism is an extremely important economic factor. As mentioned on the official website (https://tourismmanifesto.eu): “The sector stimulates economic growth by generating income, employment and investment in Europe, and through its exports to origin markets worldwide. It helps to sustain our cultural and natural heritage, provides revenue to fund facilities and infrastructure enjoyed by visitors and residents, and promotes an awareness of a common European identity and citizenship distinguished by its diversity.”
For “Historic Cafes Route”, being a member of «Εuropean Tourism Manifesto», is another recognition of its cultural importance. In addition, “Historic Cafes Route” during those difficult times of the pandemic, is constantly trying to act positively and effectively aiming to promote the cultural heritage of Historic Cafes as touristic destinations internationally.
