Elections 2024: Arnold Klingeis HCR new president – Alexandros Delithanassis HCR vice president
We are pleased to publish the official results of the Historic Cafés Route elections held on May 17, 2024 and the first Board of Directors meeting convened on May 23, within the timeframe provided by the HCR Statute.
Both were supervised by a lawyer and IT Manager to ensure that all statutory and democratic requirements were met.
The new Board of Directors is characterized by a multinational representation as its members are from Portugal, Romania Spain, Italy and Greece.
After the elections a BoD was held online, on the 23rd of May, to form the new HCR board as foreseen by the HCR legal Statute. During this first BoD meeting, the members decided to assign the following:
- Mr. Arnold Klingeis as HCR President (Romania)
- Mr. Alexandros Delithanasis as HCR Vice President (Italy)
- Mr. Dimitrios Kontoleon as HCR Secretary (Greece)
- Mr. Marius Rafa as HCR Cashier (Romania)
- Mr. Vitor de Sa Marques as HCR BoD member (Portugal)
- Mr. Jorge Martinez as HCR BoD member (Spain)
- Mrs. Edith Olosz as HCR BoD member (Romania)
Both HCR GA and elections were supervised by HCR lawyer Mrs. Konstantina Alexopoulou.
The GA took place after confirming the existence of a quorum under the Statute.
Both the procedures of the GA and elections were organized and supervised by the IT Manager Mr. Dimitris Kapetanakis.
The elections were held in a special Zoom platform, with a voting system that guarantees anonymity of the voters.
