The Historic Café Westend inaugurated in 1895. It was designed by the architect Robert Prihuda. The hall with its high ceilings has been preserved to a large extent, but the impressive chandeliers date back to the 1950s. Café Westend is still a reference point of the city and a must for the Viennese families. Due to its proximity to the Westbahnhof station, Café Westend attracts also lots of travelers.
